Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.
You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products:
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the issue.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return
Return & Replacement Policy
At Sakulk, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to provide a replacement.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and product images for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement. Refunds are not applicable.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used wellness products.
