Delivery Policy

• All orders placed on Sakulk are processed within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability.

• You will receive tracking details via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

• We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

Packaging & Quality Assurance

• Each product is securely packaged to maintain its purity and effectiveness.

• Our formulations are handled with utmost care to preserve the integrity of Ayurvedic ingredients during transit.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products:

• Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or videos of the issue.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return

• Return & Replacement Policy

• At Sakulk, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to provide a replacement.

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and product images for verification.
• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement. Refunds are not applicable.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used wellness products.
